114376 - Resolution failure at start-up Solar kit

In case of non-operating the solar kit or if the voltage measured at its output is between 5 and 7V, it is necessary to check a connection. Please see the tutorial below.

Step 1: Disconnect the solar panel

  1. Before any intervention, please disconnect the solar kit from the battery module

Step 2: Open the battery box

  1. Remove the 6 cruciform screws on the back of the solar panel for access to battery connections.

Step 3: Reconnecting the battery

  1. Locate the bottom connector, it matches the battery.
  2. Using a small flat screwdriver, unplug the connector from the battery by removing the black resin.



  1. Disconnect the battery connector from its bracket.
  2. Wait 20 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the battery connector.

Step 4: Check the startup of the solar kit.

  1. Immediately after reconnecting the battery connector, the LED1 light on the electronic board must come on.
  2. In the event that this light does not come on, please check that the solar panel has been unplugged before handling.

Step 5: Recharge the Battery

  1. Close the battery case paying attention to the positioning of the white gasket on the cover.
  2. Reconnect the solar panel thanks to its connection plug.
  3. It will be necessary to let the kit charge again by the solar panel for at least 48 hours.
