Remove the front face.
You access the screw endless.
Pull it out to get it out of the jack.
Do not lose this element that links the endless screw and the mechanical reduction system of the engine. It can be found on the endless screw or remain on the motor axis.
Think about putting this element back to the new endless screw before the next step.
Check that both bearings are properly positioned on the endless screw
Insert the new endless screw into the jack and push it to the engine
The bearing of the endless screw must enter the motor support so that the link to the endless screw integrates the motor axis.
Lightly push the screw endlessly and see if the rolling fits well.
Before finalizing the repositioning of the front face, power the motor using a 9V battery or 12V battery, and check and that the carriage is running smoothly and closed.
Put the front face of the jack. Think about putting the notch towards the circulation hole of the endless screw trolley.
Turn the screws and put the rubber protections back into place.
Congratulations, you have replaced your endless screw with trolley of your jack and it is again ready to operate your portal beaters.
