On the polarity of the motor connection to the card will depend on the primary direction of rotation of the electric motor. The motors used in our engines are direct current. The direction of the current passing through the collector will determine its direction of rotation.

The card obeys a precise order of starting its relays, so as to obtain from the engine the expected movement. However, the latter does not know the exact movement of the engine (opening or closing). In some cases, one can therefore end up with an open beat instead of the latter is closed, without this misleading the card.

1- Pour les pistons et vérins

Step 1: For pistons and cylinders

For connecting jacks (TEHA) or pistons (STYRKA), simply respect the polarity (red wire on +, black wire on -)

Locate the engine that needs to open first, to connect it to M1

In the case of using an extension cord, locate the color of the extension threads for correspondence when arriving on the map.

2- Pour les Bras Articulés

Step 2: For Articulated Bras

For the connection of articulated arm motors (ORANE) to the card, by virtue of their factory assembly, it is not necessary to refer to the color of the wires at the output of the motors for connection.

To locate the right connection, there are several solutions.

.

Before connection and installation on the pillar: use a 9V battery or 12V battery to know the direction of rotation of the motor.

Put the red wire of the engine on the battery +, and put the black wire on the -.

  • If the motor axis rotates counterclockwise:

If you position it on the left side: Reverse polarity, (red on -, black on +)

If you position it on the right side: Keep standard polarity (red on +, black on -)

.

Put the red wire of the engine on the battery +, and put the black wire on the -.

  • If the engine axis rotates clockwise:

If you position it on the left side: Keep standard polarity (red on +, black on -)

If you position it on the right side: Reverse polarity, (red on -, black on +)

3 - Pilotage manuel

Step 3: Manual steering

Connect the motors to the card without paying attention to the polarity (always with the beat that must open first on M1)

Position the beaters half-open, clutched.

.

Press the OK button 3s and then release the key (L4 flashes and L1 will be fixed)

Press and hold the PROG key for a few seconds, the M1 engine must open while pressing this key. If it closes, reverse the polarity of M1.

Press and hold the + button for a few seconds, the M2 engine must open while pressing this key. If it closes, reverse the polarity of M2.

Take out manual control by briefly pressing the PROG keys and - at the same time.
