We will approach the start-up and normal course of a self-learning with the AVLO card for 24V swing portal engines. |
Self-learning is a mandatory function allowing the card to correctly calculate the race of your portal.
It makes it possible in particular to allow the map to identify the position of the end-of-travel stops in order to know, whether in case of overconsumption of the engine, it is an obstacle or a normal end-of-travel arrival.
Self-learning is mandatory at the first start of the engine.
It can also be requested to redone one in case of factory reset of the card, and in case of modification of particular settings (force, beat mode 1, beat, etc.)
Press the "PROG" button several times. This will allow you:
Red LEDs must be turned off after pressing the "PROG" button.
Make sure only the L0 green LED is on
Press the "+" button on the electronic card
At the end of self-learning, the two fighters must end closed.
If you notice that one or both sides end open, the polarity of connection of the motors on the card is reversed. To correct the connection, seeTutorial Manual steering.
If you notice that the engine forces too abutment, you will be able to reduceforceof operation.
If you find that the fighters overlap in closing, you will be able to adjust theirflapping lag.
If for one reason or another, an error occurs during self-learning, the card will first stop it completely.
Then it will display one or more red, fixed or flashing lights each having a meaning, which you can find in the package leaflet and the table opposite.
Be careful, there are error codes during self-learning and during an operating cycle. Do not confuse tables and meanings.
Correct the error if possible, then restart a self-learning that will leave from Phase 0.
