Using a circlips clamp, remove the holding circlip from the toothed wheel.
Remove the toothed wheel from the axis. If you are unable to remove the toothed wheel, help yourself with an extractor.
Do not lose this small metal bar that binds the toothed wheel to the transmission axis.
It can fall when extracting the wheel or remain on the notch of the motor shaft.
Unscrew the two wheel protection holding screws with a cruciform screwdriver.
Remove the wheel protection.
Unscrew the 4 screws for fixing the 4 screws for fixing the axis protection.
In order to take out the protection of the axis, pass between the motor block and the protection of the axis a small flat screwdriver.
Type slightly on the screwdriver to help it move between the elements. Perform the operation in each angle of the protection.
Once a space is created, do the same with a larger flat screwdriver. Leave by helping you from the engine block to take out the protection.
The transmission axis can be extracted.
If the transmission axis is hard to exit, unscrew the 4 holding screws of the electric motor and lift it slightly to separate it from the axis.
If necessary, you can completely remove the electric motor from the block.
Processes the extraction of the axis.
Insert the new motor shaft by pushing it to the bottom of the engine. The bearing shall be at flower of the engine block.
Reposition the plastic protection of the axis.
Be careful to have one of the holes for fixing the protection of the toothed wheel at the top left of plastic protection.
Turn over the protection on the engine block.
Lightly screw the screws on the support each turn so as to insert the protection homogeneously and centeredly.
Put back and fix the protection of the toothed wheel.
Put the metal bar back in place in the notch of the axis.
Put the toothed wheel back to the motor shaft. Present it with the recess towards you.
Push the toothed wheel to the engine block so as to see the circlip passage groove.
Put the circlip back to the axis.
You can now put the electric motor back in place if you had to remove it. You can then reinstall the engine block on the portal.
