Step 1: Remove the rear support
- Return the monitor.
- Remove the micro SD card from the Monitor.
- Using the cruciform screwdriver, unscrew the 6 holding screws.
- Insert the plastic spatula into the lower part of the monitor and slightly lever.
- Gently lift the back of the monitor
- Be careful not to twist the contact springs of the sensory buttons
Step 2: Micro disconnection
- Using the precision clamp, disconnect the microphone by gently pulling the white connector. Be careful not to shoot threads who might tear off
Step 3: Connecting the video tablecloth
- Using the precision clamp, remove the insulation scotch from the video table.
- Leave upwards to remove the front.
- Place the ON/OFF cursor in the OFF position.
- Extract the battery by removing it down.
Step 2: Remove the back side
- Return the door station and using the cruciform screwdriver, remove the 6 screws at the back of the door station.
Step 3: Disassembly of electronic card
- Gently disconnect the microphone connector by pulling it upwards using a precision clamp. Be careful, do not shoot the threads.
- Unscrew the 4 holding screws of the door station to have access to the bottom connectors
- Gently lift your electronic card using the plastic spatula to get it out of its home.
- 1- Gently disconnect the speaker connector
- 2- Gently disconnect the connector from the call button
- 3- Gently disconnect the connector of the Infrared Leds
- Switch the electronic card to the left so that it does not bother you for the rest.
Step 4: Replacement of the Speaker
- Gently décolle the protective tablecloth with the plastic spatula.
- ATTENTION, not damage or fold it, it will be necessary to reinstall it for further.
- Unscrew the white pressure plate using the cruciform screwdriver
- Then remove it using the plastic spatula
- Using the plastic spatula, lever on the edge of the speaker to take off.
- Remove the Speaker
- Make sure the speaker is the same at the origin.
- Using the B7000 glue, place a thin strip of glue on the edges of the micro housing.
- Collect the Speaker in the same direction as when disassembly by performing a slight pressure
- Wait 5 minutes.
- Pass the speaker wire under the battery seal.
- Reposition and screw the pressure plate.
- Repositioning and glue the protective table.
Step 5: Electronic card disassembly
- Temporarily reposition the electronic card on the chassis.
- Make sure the battery connector sealing seal is properly positioned
- Initially recognize bottom connections:
- 1- Speaker
- 2- Call button
- 3- Infrared Leds
- Make sure the antenna wire is pressed to the left of the chassis and reinstall the electronic card.
- In order to help positioning, guide holes are present on the electronic card.
- Make sure the ON/OFF switch on the door station is well accessible.
- Make sure the antenna wire is always well positioned and not twisted or pinched.
- Turn the 4 screws for holding the electronic card using the cruciform screwdriver.
- Recognize the microphone.
Step 6: Remontage Street platinum
- Turn the door station and using the cruciform screwdriver, turn the 6 screws to the back of the door station.
- Replug the battery. Attention to the sense of insertion.
- Switch the switch to the ON position.
- Do not forget to make a reassociation between the monitor and the door station.
- Test the correct operation on short range before final reinstallation.
