Step 1: Formatting SD card

  • Before any intervention, please equip yourself with a classic SD card.
  • Avoid using a micro SD card with adapter that can create fake contacts.

Step 1.1: Formatting SD Card from Windows PC

  • Insert the SD card into your computer.
  • The SD card will appear as a USB stick in your computer's document explorer.
  • Right-click on the USB drive that matches your SD card, then Format...
  • Select the formatFat32then onStarting
  • SelectDefault allocation size.
  • Wait for a few moments for the end of formatting.

Step 1.2: Formatting SD Card from a MAC

  • Insert the SD card into your computer.
  • The SD card will appear as a USB stick in your computer's document explorer.
  • Go to the folderApplications.
  • Click onDisk utilitylocated in the folderUtilities.
  • In the external part on the left, you should see your SD card, select it.
  • In the top menu, clickErase, a new window will appear.
  • SelectMs-dos (fat)in Format
  • Click onErase
  • Wait for a few moments for the end of formatting

Step 2: Download the 1st systery files

  • Download the 4 system files by clicking on the following link:Contact1
  • A web page will open
  • The files will have to download one by one
  • Download MP660.bin file by clicking on the arrow and save it in the root of the SD cardwithout renaming it.
  • The file will be 2.14MB.
  • Download MP660.isp file by clicking on the arrow and save it in the root of the SD cardwithout renaming it.
  • The file will be 2.61MB.
  • This file can be considered dangerous by your internet browser, please validate the download.
  • Download the YaHei18-Data.fnt file by clicking on the arrow and save it in the root of the SD cardwithout renaming it.
  • The file will be 5.52MB.
  • Download the YaHei18-Data.fnt file by clicking on the arrow and save it in the root of the SD cardwithout renaming it.
  • The file will do 281Ko
  • Verify that the contents of the SD card include the 4 files.
  • Remove SD card by removing the device safely.

Step 3: Software Installation

  • Remove the AC adapter from the monitor or cut off its power current.
  • Make sure the orange light on the monitor is no longer on.
  • Insert the SD card into the monitor.
  • Replug the AC adapter of the monitor or restore its power current.
  • The screen will restart
  • Wait for the end of installation until the messageplease reboot system
  • Remove the AC adapter from the monitor or cut off its power current.
  • Make sure the blue light on the monitor is no longer on.
  • Remove SD card from the monitor
  • Replug the AC adapter of the monitor or restore its power current.
  • The monitor must turn on with the time.
  • If this is not the case, the installation files have not been downloaded correctly or the SD card fails. Please redoStep 2 Download the 1st system files

  • Format SD card again by followingStep 1: Formatting SD Card

Step 5: Download the 2nd systeme files

  • Download the 2 system files by clicking on the following link:Contact2
  • A web page will open
  • The files will have to download one by one
  • Download MP660.bin file by clicking on the arrow and save it in the root of the SD cardwithout renaming it.
  • The file will be 1.7MB.
  • Download MP660.isp file by clicking on the arrow and save it in the root of the SD cardwithout renaming it.
  • The file will do 2MB.
  • This file can be considered dangerous by your internet browser, please validate the download.
  • Verify that the contents of the SD card include the 2 files.
  • Remove SD card by removing the device safely.

Step 6: Software Installation

  • Remove the AC adapter from the monitor or cut off its power current.
  • Make sure the blue light on the monitor is no longer on.
  • Insert the SD card into the monitor.
  • Replug the AC adapter of the monitor or restore its power current.
  • The screen will restart
  • Wait for the end of installation until the messageplease reboot system
