Step 1: Remove the front

  • Position your door station to have access to the underside.
  • Use the 1.5mm BTR screwdriver to screw the safety screw.
  • Turn the screwdriver in the opposite direction to the needles of a watch to screw the safety screw.
  • ATTENTION: The security screw uses a step on the left.
  • Remove the front face

Step 2: Remove the back side

  • Turn the door station and using the cruciform screwdriver and remove the 8 screws at the back of the door station.
  • Be careful, do not mix the screws, the screws of the center are longer.

Step 3: Disassembly of electronic card

  • Gently disconnect the microphone connector by pulling it upwards using a precision clamp. Be careful, do not shoot the threads.

  • Gently disconnect the Speaker connector by pulling it upwards using a precision clamp. Be careful, do not shoot the threads.

  • Gently disconnect the RFID reader connector by pulling it upwards using a precision clamp. Be careful, do not shoot the threads.
  • Disconnect the connector from the call button interface by pulling it upwards. Be careful, do not shoot the threads.
  • Remove the 4 cruciform screws for holding the motherboard motherboard
  • Insert the plastic spatula into the lower part of the door station and gently lever to easily extract the motherboard from the door station.

Step 4: Replacement of electronic card

  • Before repositioning the new electronic card, please check that the graphite paste (black paste) on the connection contacts is always present.
  • In case of absence, please reposition slightly without abuse (see photo)
  • Reposition the new electronic card at its location.
  • Make sure that the 4 connection wires have passed through their homes and are not pinched.
  • Make sure the protective wire is repositioned on the screw at the top left.
  • Flip the 4 screws for holding the electronic card
  • Then reconnect the 4 connectors of the microphone, Speaker, RFID reader and call button.

Step 5: Closure of the door station

  • Make sure the seal is properly placed in the throat on the back side of the door station
  • Turn the 8 cruciform screws to the back of the door station.
  • Be careful, the screws of the center are the longest.
  • Repositioning the front of the door station
  • Position your door station to have access to the underside.
  • Use the 1.5mm BTR screwdriver to screw the safety screw.
  • Turn the screwdriver clockwise to turn the safety screw.
  • ATTENTION: The security screw uses a step on the left.
  • Replacement is complete
