Step 1: Location of the inverter

  • The inverter has operating lights indicating its operating state.
  • The latter is located at the end of the 230V cable and must be installed under one of the solar panels
  • Unscrew both screws from the inverter support to extract it.
  • Be careful not to drop the inverter.
  • Depending on the outside sunshine, the inverter can be very hot.
  • Handle the inverter carefully, the latter is connected to the 230V.
  • The inverter has only one light. It can be green, yellow or red color. It can be fixed or flashing.

Step 2: Meaning of the light

Seeant extinguished

  • The inverter is not powered by solar panels.
  • It is normal for this light to be extinguished at night, at dawn or dusk

Solution: Make sure all solar panels are connected to each other and that each plug is pressed well.

Fixed red light

  • The inverter is powered by solar panels but is not connected to a 230V socket

Solution: Make sure the inverter is plugged into a 230V socket and there is plenty of current in the socket.

Bright red light

  • The inverter encounters an anomaly.
  • Disconnect 230V socket and solar panel in order
  • Wait 2 minutes
  • Replacing solar panels
  • The red light should be fixed. Otherwise, please contact technical support.

Flashing yellow light

  • The inverter is powered by solar panels, is connected to a 230V socket but is not connected to Wi-Fi.
  • The solar kit produces current in this configuration.

Solution: Just connect your solar kit in wifi to your internet box by letting you guide by the AvidsenHome app

Fixed green light

  • The inverter is starting

Solution: Patient 2 minutes. If after 2 minutes the green light is still fixed, make sure that the solar panels are properly exposed to the sun.

Flashing green light

  • This is the normal operation of the inverter. The inverter is powered by solar panels at its best MPPT point, is connected to WIFI and is connected to a 230V socket.
  • The solar kit produces current in this configuration.
