Perform a short test with a video doorman

Step 1: Turn off your device
- Unplug your AC adapter before intervening on the device.
or
- Lower the circuit breaker associated with your device.
Step 2: Disassembly of your Door station
- Remove the door station from its wall bracket, unplug the wires on the back of it and bring it close to your inner monitor.
Step 3: Unassembly of the Monitor
- Remove the monitor from its wall mount and return it.
Step 4: Short distance connection
- Disconnect the connecting wires between the monitor and the door station currently in place
- Equip yourself with a 2m wire and section 1.5mm2 then connect terminal 1 of the monitor to terminal 1 of the door station.
- Equip yourself with a 2m wire and section 1.5mm2 then connect terminal 2 of the monitor to terminal 2 of the door station.
Depending on the model of your videophone, the connecting threads between the monitor and the door station may be named:
1 and 2
1/3 and 2/4
BUS A and BUS B
BUS 1 and BUS 2
The purpose of handling consists in connecting the terminals of the monitor to the same terminals of the door station.
Step 5: Energizer and functional test
- Connect your AC adapter to 230V
or
- Remove the circuit breaker associated with your device.
- Make sure the product works properly.
- In the case where your malfunction is identical, please contact the technical support.
- In the case of correct operation of the intercom, please check your installation.
